Major General Hatami: We will defend honor and dignity of Islamic Iran to last drop of blood

Pars Today – The commander-in-chief of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army emphasized that the men of this sacred land will defend and safeguard the strongholds of the honor and dignity of Islamic Iran with resolve, power, and to the last drop of blood.

According to Pars Today, Major General Amir Hatami issued a message on Wednesday on the occasion of the funeral of the martyred commanders of the imposed Ramadhan War, writing: “In moments of heroism and sacrifice, the presence of comrades-in-arms and veterans of battle and jihad brings strength to the heart, and their ascension is enviable; but what a fortune that they attained the great and sublime favor of martyrdom and reached the divine station of Ridhwan (the highest level of paradise.).”

He stressed that the faithful children of Imam Khomeini and Ayatollah Khamenei (God's mercy upon them) will, like Malik al-Ashtar, defend and preserve their homeland to the last drop of blood.

The funeral ceremony for the martyred commanders of the brutal attacks by the United States and the Zionist regime will be held today (Wednesday) from in front of the University of Tehran toward Me’raj al-Shohada (the center for funeral rites of martyrs in southern Tehran).
