According to Pars Today, Ismail Baqaei, the spokesperson for Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, stated in an interview with RIA Novosti, while emphasizing the necessity of holding the US and Israel accountable for the assassination of Iranian officials, that he believes not only Iran but the entire international community demands accountability (from the US and Israel).

Baqaei continued: What the US and Israel have done is a crime against international peace and security. This action was a war crime and a crime against humanity.
