Pars Today – The Speaker of the Iranian Parliament, in a message inviting the Iranian people to attend the funeral ceremony of the martyred Leader of the Islamic Revolution, wrote: "We must rise and carry the Iranian nation's call for retribution to the world."

According to Pars Today, citing IRNA, the text of the message by Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf, Speaker of the Iranian Parliament, is as follows:

In the Name of God, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful

Great, Loyal, and Proud Nation of Iran,

Today, our beloved Iran stands on the threshold of creating one of the greatest scenes in its history—a day when an entire nation, with hearts filled with love, loyalty, and the sorrow of separation, comes together to bid farewell to a great man who devoted his blessed life to Islam, Iran's independence, the dignity of its people, and the lofty ideals of the Islamic Revolution. He was a man who, representing his noble and proud nation, never bowed before global arrogance and stood courageously against oppression and injustice until he attained the pinnacle of martyrdom.

The funeral procession for the martyred Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Grand Ayatollah Martyr Seyyed Ali Hosseini Khamenei, is not merely a farewell ceremony. It is a renewal of a nation's covenant with the glorious path of the martyrs, with the values of the Islamic Revolution, and with the pledge that generations of this land have stood to uphold. It is a covenant that, under the guidance of Imam Khomeini (God bless his soul), they made with the Imam al-Mahdi (May God hasten his reappearence), and one to which they remain committed until their very last breath.

Once again, let the world see that, in defining moments, the Iranian nation stands united and steadfast in honoring its pledge.
