Araghchi meets Hamas, Hezbollah, and Palestinian Resistance representatives: Criminals cannot achieve goals through assassination

Pars Today – Seyyed Abbas Araghchi, Iran’s foreign minister, met on Saturday with Talal Naji, Secretary-General of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine–General Command (PFLP-GC), Jamil Mazhar, Deputy Secretary-General of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP), and several senior members of the two Palestinian resistance movements.

According to Pars Today, citing IRNA, Talal Naji and Jamil Mazhar, who traveled to Tehran to attend the farewell ceremonies for the martyred Leader of the Islamic Revolution, praised the late Leader’s historic and courageous support for the Palestinian cause.

They also expressed confidence that, following the achievements of Iran’s armed forces in the defense arena and the success of Iranian negotiators in diplomacy, and with the resilience, resistance, and unity of the Iranian people, the Islamic Republic of Iran would continue its path of dignity, independence, and progress with strength and determination.

A Hamas delegation also met with Araghchi on Saturday and praised the principled and courageous positions of the martyred Imam Khamenei in support of the sacred Palestinian cause and in backing the legitimate resistance of the Palestinian people against occupation and the crimes of the Israeli regime in the occupied territories.

Iran’s foreign minister, in this meeting, thanked the Palestinian resistance leaders for attending the ceremonies honoring the martyred leader of the Islamic Revolution. He stated that the Israeli enemy and the criminal United States believe they can eliminate resistance movements through the physical assassination of their leaders, but in reality, he said, the pure blood of resistance martyrs has only exposed and contributed to the defeat of American and Israeli perpetrators.

A Hezbollah delegation also met with Araghchi, led by Mohammad Fneish and including members of parliament and senior Hezbollah officials, who traveled to Tehran on behalf of Secretary-General Sheikh Naim Qassem to attend the farewell ceremonies and pay tribute to the martyred leader.

Fneish, speaking in the meeting, praised the resilience of the Iranian people, the strength of Iran’s armed forces in defending the country, and the skill of Iranian negotiators in diplomacy, particularly regarding support for Lebanon’s territorial integrity and national sovereignty.

Araghchi, in turn, paid tribute to the late Hezbollah Leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and all Lebanese resistance martyrs, and said that the Islamic Republic of Iran is seriously pursuing an end to the war in Lebanon and an end to occupation in line with the first clause of the memorandum for ending the imposed war.

Yemeni deputy PM meets Iranian Foreign Minister

Pars Today – Major General Jalal al-Ruwaishan, Deputy Prime Minister of Yemen, met with Iran’s Foreign Minister Seyyed Abbas Araghchi.

According to Pars Today, al-Ruwaishan offered condolences to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, the government, and the people of Iran over the martyrdom of Imam Khamenei. He also congratulated Iran on a historic victory in standing against American-Israeli aggressors, as well as Iran’s achievements in the diplomatic arena.

Iran’s foreign minister, in turn, expressed appreciation for the courageous and principled stance of the Yemeni government and people in strongly condemning U.S. and Israeli military aggression against Iran, and for their solidarity with the Iranian people. Araghchi also emphasized Iran’s readiness to use all diplomatic capacities to help lift the blockade and fully implement Yemen’s peace roadmap.
