Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters: Iran's Armed Forces will deliver a crushing response

Pars Today – The Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters of the Islamic Republic of Iran said in a statement that following the U.S. terrorist military's blatant aggression against parts of Iran, the Iranian Armed Forces reaffirmed that they will respond decisively. The statement also declared that the management and security of the Strait of Hormuz will be carried out solely in accordance with the arrangements of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

According to Pars Today, citing IRIB News, the statement reads:

"The unprecedented public turnout at the funeral procession and farewell ceremony for the martyred Leader of the Islamic Ummah has dealt a humiliating defeat to global arrogance and the criminal United States.

The U.S. terrorist military, showing no commitment to its obligations, launched an open act of aggression against several locations in southern Iran while the body of the martyred Leader of Muslims and freedom-seekers around the world was being hosted by the officials and people of Iraq.

The Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran will deliver a crushing response to this U.S. aggression and terrorist act. Under no circumstances will they allow any interference in the affairs or management of the Strait of Hormuz.

We once again declare that the only safe passage for commercial vessels and oil tankers through the Strait of Hormuz is the route designated by the Islamic Republic of Iran."
