IRGC statement on strike against U.S. Ali Al Salem Air Base in Kuwait

Pars Today – The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced on Thursday that two drone hangars and a fuel storage facility used by U.S. military aircraft and helicopters at Ali Al Salem Air Base in Kuwait were set ablaze and destroyed.

According to Pars Today, citing IRNA, the IRGC Public Relations Office said in a statement:

To the honorable and noble people of Iran:

For 150 consecutive nights, you have continued your gatherings across the Islamic Republic of Iran without interruption, demanding revenge for the blood of the martyred Imam and the expulsion of the American aggressors from the region. In step with you, your sons in the IRGC Aerospace Force and Ground Force continue the battle against the aggressor with strength and courage.

This morning, Thursday, as part of Operation Nasr 2 and in continuation of punitive measures against the aggressor, the IRGC struck the U.S. Ali Al Salem Air Base in Kuwait. According to the statement, the operation set fire to and destroyed two drone hangars and a fuel storage facility used by U.S. military aircraft and helicopters.

The statement added that the Muslim people of Kuwait should know that the campaign to punish the aggressor will continue until the plundering of the Muslim world's wealth and national resources ends and American occupying and looting forces are expelled from the region.
