Brig. Gen. Talaei-Nik: Iran’s armed forces have extensive experience in overcoming crises

Pars Today – The spokesman for Iran’s Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics said that the Iranian nation and armed forces have extensive experience in overcoming crises in the face of enemy military aggression.

According to Pars Today, citing IRIB, Brigadier General Reza Talaei-Nik, spokesman for Iran’s Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics, said that the enemy has pursued specific objectives against the Islamic Republic of Iran over the past decades. He said that national and Islamic identity, the country’s existence and territorial integrity, national development, and security are four areas that have consistently been targeted in the enemy’s strategies, and that these areas are closely interconnected.

Emphasizing the importance of identity, Talaei-Nik said one of the enemy’s main objectives is to create an identity crisis and undermine Iran’s national and Islamic identity. Alongside this, he said, Iran’s development is another target that the enemy has sought to slow down or disrupt through various forms of pressure.

Referring to the country’s experience in confronting military threats, he said: “The Iranian nation and armed forces have extensive experience and capacity to stand firm and overcome crises in the face of enemy military aggression.”
