Hashem Al-Haidari: Funeral of the martyred leader of the Revolution was the largest funeral in Iraq's history

Pars Today – The Secretary-General of Iraq's Ahd-Allah Movement has said that the funeral of Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, the martyred leader of the Islamic Revolution, with the participation of 10 million Iraqis, was the largest funeral in Iraq's history.

According to a report by Pars Today citing Tasnim News Agency, Hojjat al-Islam wal-Muslemin Seyyed Hashem Al-Haidari, Secretary-General of Iraq's Ahd-Allah Movement, said: "The Iraqi people view the martyred leader of the Islamic Revolution not only as a source of emulation (marja') but also as a leader, a mujahid in the path of God, a leader of the front of truth, and a martyr in the struggle."

He added: "The participation of 10 million Iraqi people in the funeral of the martyred leader of the Islamic ummah, before Arba'een, was historic, and after this funeral, unity among Islamic society, the Islamic ummah, and especially between the Iranian and Iraqi peoples has become more pronounced."

Al-Haidari emphasized: "The center of power for the Islamic world and the Shia world lies in the Islamic Republic of Iran as the heart of the Islamic world."
