Pars Today - Malaysia's representative at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague described the "displacement and destruction" of Palestinians as the goal of the Zionist regime.

The International Court of Justice in The Hague began hearings on Monday regarding Israel's obstruction of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA). These hearings will continue until Friday, with approximately 45 international organizations and countries, including Iran, having requested to participate in the hearings to present their views.

According to Pars Today, citing IRNA, "Azalina Othman" Malaysia's representative at the ICJ session in The Hague, stated on Monday during the court’s session: "In recent weeks, we have not only witnessed the continuation of the war against Palestinians living in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank but have also heard statements from senior Israeli officials that leave no doubt: Israel’s goal is to deny the Palestinian people their right to self-determination and to displace and destroy them."

This Malaysian diplomat referred to the Zionist regime as an "occupying force" that "ignores international law and human dignity, weakening and dismantling systems established to sustain life and preserve human dignity in the occupied Palestinian territories."

Israeli foreign minister's accusation against the UN and UNRWA
Meanwhile, "Eli Cohen," the Foreign Minister of the Zionist regime, accused the UN and UNRWA of anti-Semitism and stated: "Israel will not participate in the hearing at the International Court of Justice regarding the UNRWA complaint."

Hamas welcomes The Hague hearing to address occupiers' actions
The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) also issued a statement on Monday welcoming the hearings at the International Court in The Hague to examine the compliance of the occupying Zionist forces with their obligations toward the besieged Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, the United Nations, and its active agencies and institutions in the occupied Palestinian territories. Hamas emphasized the importance of such actions as steps toward holding the occupiers accountable for their continuous crimes.

Palestinian representative in The Hague: Netanyahu wants to displace Palestinians
"Ammar Hijazi," Palestine’s representative at the International Court of Justice, stated that Benjamin Netanyahu, the prime minister of the Zionist regime, openly advocates for displacing the Palestinian people from their land. "Hijazi" added: "Israel is seizing Palestinian lands in Gaza and openly admits to obstructing aid deliveries."

Islamic Jihad Movement stresses enforcement of arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Gallant
The Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement also announced: "Given that the International Court of Justice had previously issued arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Yoav Gallant, Israel's war minister, it would have been better if the court asked countries to enforce these warrants during its current sessions. Countries failing to comply with this enforcement should be considered criminal."

The necessity of UNRWA’s presence in the occupied Palestinian territories
"Philippe Lazzarini," the UNRWA Commissioner-General, wrote on his official page on the social media platform X on Monday: "The presence of UNRWA and other UN agencies in the occupied Palestinian territories is essential to meet the needs of the population." He emphasized the importance of continuing the agency's services without any obstacles until a just and sustainable solution is reached for the Palestinian refugee issue.
