Pezeshkian: There is no gap between the people of Iran and Pakistan
Masoud Pezeshkian, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, said on Monday in a meeting with the Prime Minister of Pakistan that Iranian officials feel there is no distance between the peoples of the two countries, adding: “We are eager to see bilateral relations strengthened and deepened in all fields and for obstacles to expanding cooperation to be removed.”
The Prime Minister of Pakistan, in this meeting held in China, stated that Iran and Pakistan, as two members of the Islamic bloc in the region, can—and indeed must—cooperate in achieving lofty Islamic objectives. U.S. halts issuance of all types of visas for Palestinians
U.S. officials announced that the White House has stopped issuing all types of visas for Palestinians. The new regulations prevent Palestinians from obtaining U.S. visas for medical treatment, university education, visiting friends or relatives, and business. Previously, the Trump administration had also opposed issuing visas for Palestinian officials to attend the United Nations General Assembly.
