Beijing warns Zionist regime: Continued war against Iran will intensify crisis in West Asia

Pars Today – China’s Foreign Minister has warned the Zionist regime that continuation of the war against Iran could further aggravate the crisis in the West Asia region.  

According to Pars Today, citing Mehr News Agency, Wang Yi, China’s Foreign Minister, in response to a phone call from the Zionist rgime Foreign Minister, said, “Regional and international crises and disputes must be resolved through diplomatic means.”  

Emphasizing that all parties to the conflict must adhere to the Charter of the United Nations, he added that despite the progress recently made toward a diplomatic resolution of the Iranian nuclear issue, the recent attacks have disrupted this process.  

Wang Yi stressed that the use of force will not solve any problems, warning the Zionist regime of the dangerous and complex consequences of its military adventurism.  

He called for an immediate ceasefire and urged efforts to prevent further escalation, noting that continuation of the hostilities could lead to a widening crisis and increased regional instability.  

The Chinese official also reaffirmed Beijing’s readiness to play a constructive role in easing tensions and restoring stability to the region.
