Number of wounded U.S. troops in war against Iran rises to 415
Pars Today – The U.S. Department of War (Pentagon) announced in a new update that the number of American troops wounded in the war against Iran has risen to more than 400.
According to Pars Today, while it had previously been reported that the number of wounded was 399, the Pentagon’s update shows that the figure has increased to 415. According to these statistics, 271 members of the U.S. Army, 63 members of the Navy, 62 Air Force personnel, and 19 Marines have been wounded. Based on previously reported figures, 13 U.S. service members have also been killed.
The United States has often avoided acknowledging the real number of its casualties, and some sources have reported higher figures for U.S. losses in the war against Iran.
66 U.S. veterans arrested in protest against war with Iran
Meanwhile, U.S. security forces have arrested 66 protesters who had gathered at the Capitol building to oppose the aggressive war being waged by the U.S. and Israel against Iran. The rally was held in protest against the U.S.-Israel war on Iran and the policies of U.S. President Donald Trump.
The anti-war protesters, carrying red tulips, chanted anti-war slogans. They called to "End the war on Iran" and stated, "We cannot bear another war." The protesters also chanted, "Donald Trump is a war criminal" and "Not one more penny" for war.
