Pars Today – The Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Navy has stated that Ukraine's attacks on commercial vessels constitute international maritime terrorism.
According to Pars Today, citing IRIB News, Admiral Alexander Moiseyev, Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Navy, said that during 2025 and 2026, the Ukrainian military has used its unmanned surface vessels exclusively to target civilian commercial ships.
Admiral Moiseyev added that none of the targeted vessels were sailing under the Russian flag and that all belonged to third countries. He described the attacks as a clear example of international maritime terrorism.
