Pezeshkian to Oman's sultan: Oman holds strategic importance in Iran's foreign policy

Pars Today – Iran’s President Masoud Pezeshkian emphasizing the strategic position of Oman in the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran, added: “The Islamic Republic has full trust in Oman. This trust increases the responsibility of both sides to strengthen ties and pursue major agreements.”

On Tuesday afternoon in Muscat, during his meeting with Sultan Haitham bin Tariq, Pezeshkian reaffirmed Iran’s readiness to expand cooperation with Oman in all fields. He said both countries possess capacities that can be used for the welfare and advancement of each other and other nations in the region.

President Pezeshkian also thanked Oman for its active and constructive role in indirect negotiations with the United States, expressing hope that the process would yield positive results. / IRIB news agency
