French woman files complaint against Israel for killing her grandchildren in Gaza

Pars Today – A French woman has filed a lawsuit against the Israeli regime over the killing of her grandchildren in Gaza.

French lawyer Arie Alimi stated that a complaint was filed against an unidentified person in France, charging Tel Aviv with murder and genocide. Jacqueline Rivault filed her complaint with the "crimes against humanity" section of the Court of Paris, Alimi said.

The complaint was lodged by a grandmother who says Israeli authorities are responsible for the deaths of her two French grandchildren in Gaza in October 2023. The case aims to appoint an investigative judge, and a human rights organization will join the lawsuit. (ISNA)
