Muslims in Yemen celebrate Eid al-Ghadeer

Crowds of Yemenis have taken to the streets of several provinces across the country to celebrate Eid al-Ghadeer, which marks the anniversary of the day when Prophet Muhammad (Blessings of God upon him and his progeny) named his cousin and son-in-law, Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (PBUH), as his successor and the leader of Muslims.
