Liberation of Khorramshahr: Day of Resistance, Self-Sacrifice & Victory

24th of May was the day of liberation of the port city of Khorramshahr in 1982. This day has been named as the “Day of Resistance, Self-Sacrifice and Victory” in the Islamic Republic of Iran. The history of the Holy Defence is full of great days which have remained in the minds of people with honour.
