UNIFIL spokesperson: Israeli attacks on Lebanon pose grave threat to fragile regional stability

Pars Today – The spokesperson for UNIFIL has stated that Israeli attacks on Lebanon, especially in the Dahieh area, are severely destabilizing.

Andrea Tenenti, Chief of Strategic Communications and Spokesperson at United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL), described the Israeli assaults not only as a violation of Lebanese sovereignty and UN Resolution 1701 but also as a major threat to the fragile stability that has existed in the tense region since the ceasefire agreement.
