Iran executes Mossad agent over attack on military complex
Pars Today – Iran has executed a Mossad agent who intended to detonate a military workshop complex of the Iranian Ministry of Defense in central city of Isfahan.
On January 28, 2023, Iran’s Ministry of Defense announced in a statement about an unsuccessful attack using drones on one of the workshop complexes of this Ministry.
However, despite predictions and defensive measures, one of them hit the air defense system of the complex, and two others were exploded in defense traps.
Following the incident, the Chief Justice of Isfahan, Hojjat-ul-Islam Asadollah Jafari, said that after this unsuccessful attack, the perpetrator who left Iran with a forged identity, was eventually arrested 13 days later in one of the neighboring countries with the judicial coordination and efforts of Iranian security forces.
Ultimately, the execution sentence of this Mossad terrorist was carried out on March 03, 2024.
