The Iranian diplomat, reminding legal and moral commitment of each of the governments- and naturally the UN- to prevention of genocide and making sure of observing humanitarian regulations, stressed the acceleration of pursuing the open cases at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) and the International Criminal Court (ICC) against the Zionist regime and its officials because of committing war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide.

Baqaei Hamaneh, expressing solidarity with the oppressed people of Palestine, called for instant halting of Israeli attacks and also speedy sending of food and medicine to the Gaza Strip, arraignment and punishment of the criminal officials of the fake regime, complete expulsion of Zionists from the occupied territories, and finding a solution to counter the wicked measures of the Zionist regime against the regional countries such as Syria, Lebanon and Yemen.
