Abnoush pointed to the university's scientific, cultural, and human capacities and emphasized: "This institution must become a base for the exchange of ideas, the training of elites, and scientific interaction with prestigious global centers."

The representative of the people of Qazvin, Alborz, and Abyek in the Islamic Consultative Assembly stressed: "Imam Khomeini University can play an effective role in Iran's scientific diplomacy by utilizing domestic capabilities and establishing scientific links with international universities."
