    Successive victories for Iranian female rowers in Asia and Oceania/ Heading towards Paris Olympics

Pars Today - Iranian rowers, competing in the tranquil waters of the Asia Rowing Championships and the Rowing Asia and Oceania Championships, clinched several colorful medals, securing four Olympic slots for Paris 2024.

The competitions took place in Japan and South Korea, across Asia and Oceania, resulting in Iran's teams earning four Olympic quotas for participation in the 2024 Paris Olympics.

In the South Korea competitions, Iranian rowing secured a quota for a two-person boat, known as a team, for the 2024 Paris Olympics. This achievement was accomplished by two Iranian women, Mahsa Javer and Zeinab Nowrouzi, who also won silver medals in these competitions.

Previously, "Fatemeh Mojalal" another Iranian female rower, won the bronze medal at the Asia Rowing Championships, securing Iran's first Olympic rowing quota.

On the last day of the Asia Rowing Championships and Paris Olympic qualifiers in Japan, Iranian rower "Mohammad Nabi Rezaei" crossed the finish line first in the men's 1000m canoe single final with a time of 4 minutes, 10 seconds, and 980 milliseconds.

In addition to winning the gold medal, he also secured the Paris Olympic quota.

"Ali Aqa Mirzaei," another Iranian rower, also won the bronze medal at the Asia Tranquil Water Rowing Championships in Japan, giving Iran its fourth quota for the 2024 Olympic Games.
