Khamenei.ir starts new page on Instagram

Pars Today – A new page of the official website of the Office for the Preservation and Publication of the Works of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, Khamenei.ir has been launched on Instagram.

On the 9th of February, “Meta” blocked the Instagram account of Khamenei.ir without any prior notice. The page had over 5.1 million followers.

Since the start of the “Al-Aqsa Storm Operation”, the Persian language Instagram account of Khamenei.ir has received more than 100 million views from all parts of the world.

The account has published more than 9,000 articles and received more than 18 million comments from the public during its 12 years of operation.

According to the announcement of the international media, Instagram has done this illegal action due to the continuous and very effective support of this page in defense of the oppressed Palestinian nation in recent months and under the political pressure of the supporters of the illegal Zionist entity.

The reason for Instagram’s decision, according to international media, was the political pressure from supporters of the Zionist regime for the account’s continuous and very effective support of the oppressed Palestinian people in recent months.

The accounts linked to Ayatollah Khamenei were blocked because of his support for the resistance of the oppressed Palestinian people against the aggression and crimes of the Zionist regime.

Since the beginning of the “Al-Aqsa Storm Operation”, the Leader has supported the Palestinians in almost all his statements. He has done so on the basis of the fundamental principles of the Islamic Revolution and in continuation of his decisive positions in the past decades.

After Instagram violated the rules of professional conduct and the principles of freedom of expression, the media outlet Khamenei.ir sent an official protest to Meta. The company has so far refused to respond to this unusual action.

In response to numerous and widespread requests from the people and supporters of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution in various countries, and based on the media responsibility of the Office for the Preservation and Publication of the Works of Ayatollah Khamenei, a new Khamenei.ir page was launched on Instagram with the address Khamenei_irfa.

This page, part of the Khamenei.ir collection of media accounts that previously published content related to the late Founder of the Islamic Republic, Imam Khomeini (God’s mercy upon him), has been moved to Khamenei_irfa. During the transition period, the special page dedicated to the late Imam Khomeini will continue to operate.
