Death toll of Palestinians inside Gaza tops 27,000
The death toll of Palestinians inside Gaza has topped 27,000.
Seventy-thousand others are wounded with an unknown number buried under the rubble since the start of the US-Israeli genocidal campaign in Gaza since October.
Without thoughts or concern, and with what can only be legally described as genocidal intent, Occupation Forces continue their bombing across parts of Gaza that were once deemed safe zones by Tel Aviv.
Palestinians inside Gaza have little choice but to flee sometimes with only what they are able to carry on their backs.
With South Africa already making its stance on the issue clear (by bringing suit at the ICJ against apartheid Israel), we are reminded that other nations who have felt the yoke of oppression push forward in their unwavering support of the Palestinian cause.
Amongst them the late Namibian president who advocated for Gaza to the end. The term we are all Gazans, we are all Palestinians rings out from national demos and across the world.
In the midst of the genocide, the United Nations has announced an independent probe into the operations of UNWRA. The aid body faces catastrophe with millions of Palestinian lives at risk unless it can replace its funding shortfall.
