Pars Today - A U.S. official announced the departure of the aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman from the West Asia region.

According to Pars Today, a U.S. official admitted on Friday night that the USS Harry S. Truman, previously stationed in the Red Sea, is leaving Western Asia, with no plans to replace it. The carrier was repeatedly targeted by missile and drone attacks from Yemeni forces during its deployment.

Before a ceasefire agreement was announced, the U.S. had sent another carrier, USS Carl Vinson, to bolster its naval presence, but this failed to deter Ansarullah’s attacks, and the second carrier also came under fire.

Meanwhile, Nasruddin Amer, deputy head of Ansarullah’s information department, criticized the U.S. military presence in the Red Sea, stating on Friday night that it has turned the strategic region into a full-scale battlefield. Speaking to Al Jazeera, Amer emphasized that the USS Truman failed in its mission. He referred to the field developments and the positions of Washington and Tel Aviv, stating: “Israel has shown its weakness more than ever before, and the United States has clearly abandoned it.”

Zionist regime sources reported on Friday evening that initial reports indicate an attack on Israeli forces near Al-Aqsa Mosque. The sources stated that several Zionists were attacked with a bladed weapon near Bab al-Silsila, one of the gates of Al-Aqsa Mosque in al-Quds.

According to these sources, one Israeli security force member was injured. This marks the second attack on Zionists in recent days; two days earlier, a car carrying Zionist settlers near the Salfit settlement in the northern West Bank was targeted by Palestinian youths, resulting in one Zionist killed and two injured.

Palestine | 115 Palestinians martyred in Zionist regime attacks

Medical sources in Palestine announced on Friday that at least 115 Palestinians were martyred in the Zionist regime’s airstrikes on the Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours. Following this crime, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza reported that the number of victims of the Zionist regime’s aggression since October 7, 2023, has risen to 53,119 martyrs and 120,214 injured.
