Pars Today- Protesters against migratory policies of the American President, Donald Trump, have spread to other cities after Los Angeles.

Critics of Trump's migratory attacks say that the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), instead of those whom he was committed to expel last year during presidential campaign in order to return to the White House, is looking for the illegal law-abiding immigrants who shape the vital part of the local community and economy. According to Pars Today, quoting from IRNA, protesters against the policy of expulsion of immigrants have demonstrated in Boston, San Francisco, Dallas, Chicago, Atlanta, Tampa, Houston and New York. Hundreds of protesters gathered in front of the ICE building in New York with placards in their hands and chanting slogans for transferring the organization from the state.

Pillage, curfew, detention in Los Angeles

Meanwhile, it is said that 23 trade centers were looted on Tuesday night and hundreds have been arrested so far. Mayor of Los Angeles, Karen Bass, announced in a news conference that curfew would be enforced in part of the city from 8 pm Tuesday till 6 am Wednesday local time. Head of the LA Police Department also said that 197 people have been detained during the recent protests. Simultaneously, an organization for the rights of immigrants reported that more than 300 have been detained by ICE forces since last Friday.

On the other hand, US President, Donald Trump, saying that uncontrolled immigration will lead to chaos, added that Los Angeles will be "liberated". In a speech at Fort Bragg military base, North Carolina, Trump castigated protesters and said, "They are animals."

Meanwhile, John Garamendi, member of the US Congress, in an interview with CNN about deployment of the National Guard and marines to California to suppress popular protests against migratory policies of the American president, said, "Trump is pretending to be king, doing whatever he wants, regardless of law and tradition."

Albanese: Attacking Australian correspondent in Los Angeles is not acceptable

Lauren Tomasi, journalist of 9News Australia, was hit on the leg with a rubber bullet of riot police on Sunday while reporting live from the street protests in Los Angeles. Anthony Albanese, Australian Prime Minister, described the move as unacceptable and horrible and said on Tuesday, "We consider this event as unacceptable and deem the role of media very important in these conditions."

New York Post photographer shot during LA protests

The US security forces, in continuation of targeting reporters and correspondents during the Los Angeles chaos, shot a photojournalist on Tuesday. These forces hit Toby Canham, photographer of NYP, on the forehead with a rubber bullet. Canham said that he was standing on a platform with media protection while he was shot. The Los Angeles Police Department, refusing to elaborate on the incident, claimed that it needs probing! Toby Canham is the third correspondent who has been shot by the American police during the ongoing revolt.

Exorbitant cost of clashes between people and police

After the clashes of people and police in the US on implementation of migratory policies of the government and deployment of 4,700 military forces by Trump administration, Bryn MacDonnel, Special Assistant to the US Defense Secretary, announced on Tuesday that the deployment of these forces has incurred $134 million in addition to the losses sustained.
