Pars Today- The US permanent representative to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) announced that the member states of this treaty have purchased arms from the US worth $21 billion last year.

Matthew Whitaker, in a statement on Monday, referring to the weapons worth $21 billion bought by the NATO members in last year, made it clear, "The heads of this military alliance have agreed to increase defense budget to %5 of the GDP." According to Pars Today, the NATO leaders stressed in their final statement in the Netherlands last week, "The NATO countries are obligated to appropriate %5 of their annual GDP till 2035 for major defense needs and the expenses related to defense and security in a bid to guarantee their individual and collective commitments."

Iranian officials' reaction to threats by Trump and Zionists against Leader

The recent threats by Trump and Zionists against Imam Khamenei has caused reactions by some of the political and military officials of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Foreign Minister, Seyyed Abbas Araghchi, said in this regard, "If Trump wants agreement, he should give up his disrespectful and unacceptable tone against the Leader, Ayatollah Khamenei, and not hurt the feelings of [hundreds of] millions of his true followers." The economic reports of the child-killer regime indicate that the 12-day war against Iran inflicted nearly $12 billion direct loss upon the regime which includes military expenses, damages caused by Iran's missile attacks and payment of losses to jobs and individuals and also reconstruction expenses.

Israeli military forces caught in ambush of resistance combatants

The Quds battalions of the Islamic Jihad Movement have informed of dealing fatal blows to the Zionist criminal forces. Saraya al-Quds, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement, announced on Tuesday that its combatants entrapped the infantry forces of the Zionist regime in an ambush, east of Khan Yunis city, south of Gaza and killed some of them and injured a number of others.

Ukrainian F-16 pilot killed in Russian attack

Concurrent with escalation of Russian nightly airstrikes in the fourth year of the war, Ukrainian officials announced on Tuesday that one of their pilots was killed and his F-16 fighter jet was shot down while repelling the Russian air raid including hundreds of drones, cruise and ballistic missiles. These officials had announced on Sunday that the Russian forces had used hundreds of drones, cruise and ballistic missiles to attack the west, south and center of the country. They said that at least 6 were killed in these attacks which targeted houses and civilian infrastructures.
