The Divine Invitation - Pars Today

Here we present you a series of programs on the status of the month of God, Ramazan. The month, in which we are "invited by God to His banquet" as the Prophet of Islam said.

The Divine Invitation (30)

The 4th infallible successor of the Prophet of Islam, Imam Sajjad -also called Zain al-Abedin- (Peace upon him), says in the special supplication for parting with the blessed month of Ramazan, "Farewell to you the month in which the hearts were softened and the sins decreased."

The Divine Invitation (29)

The blessed month of Ramazan is nearing its end. Ramazan is going to leave us for one year. In bidding farewell to this month, Imam Sajjad (AS) says:

The Divine Invitation (28)

The blessed month of Ramazan is the period in which the doors of the divine mercy are open towards the servants of God. It is the month of appealing and answering. Prophet Mohammad (SAWA) said, "The doors of heaven are opened in the first night of the month of Ramazan and will not be closed till the last night of this month."

In the name of God. Imam Sajjad (AS), the fourth infallible successor of the Prophet of Islam, says in the supplications of the blessed month of Ramazan.

The Divine Invitation (26)

The blessed month of Ramazan is the month in which the Prophet of Islam said, "Be charitable to your poor and destitute; venerate your elderly and be kind to your young; keep in touch with your relatives; hold your tongues; prevent your eyes from looking at what they are not allowed to look and your ears from what they are not allowed to hear; have mercy to the orphans of people so that your orphans will be treated with mercy; and repent to God from your sins."

The blessed month of Ramazan is very interesting and glorious but it becomes more interesting and glorious in cities like Mashhad due to the existence of the shrine of Imam Reza (AS).

The Divine Invitation (24)

Preservation of unity and abstention from discord was the practice of the Prophet, the Imams and the religious leaders. God says in ayah 103 of surah Al-e Imran, "Hold fast all together to Allah's cord and do not be divided." God has revealed numerous ayahs on the importance of unity among Muslims.

The Divine Invitation (23)

The night of Qadr (Ordainment) is the best time in the best month of God. It is better than one thousand months and the best opportunity to forgive our sins by God.

The Divine Invitation (22)

"O people! The sun of the month of Ramazan shines on fasting men and women with mercy; and its moon shines on them with mercy; and there is no day or night of this month except God the Exalted pours goodness on this Ummah in it. Thus, anyone who enjoys a little from the pouring of the divine bounty he will be revered on the day of meeting God; and no servant is revered by God except God makes paradise his abode."

The Divine Invitation (21)

In the night of 19th of Ramazan, 40 AH, Imam Ali (AS) remembered the remarks of the Prophet, "I can see that in one of the nights of Ramazan your beard will be dyed with the blood of your head."
