On Saturday, the 12th of the Iranian month of Bahman (corresponding to February 1), the Iranian nation marked the start of the Ten-Day-Dawn in remembrance of the memorable return home in 1979 of their beloved leader, Imam Khomeini (RA), from 15 years of exile and the resounding triumph ten days later of the Islamic Revolution that threw into the dustbin of history the British-installed and the U.S.-backed Pahlavi Shah, and along with him over a quarter century of American hegemony.
