The content of the Leader’s message to Putin as conveyed by Araghchi

Pars Today - Upon arrival in Moscow, the Iranian foreign minister, referring to the message of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution to the president of Russia, explained the content of the message.

Seyyed Abbas Araghchi, who traveled to Moscow to meet and consult with Russian officials, told reporters about the goals of the trip, noting that there are several different goals. He said: “This is a trip that was arranged in advance to present a written message from the Leader to the president of Russia, which coincided with recent developments and negotiations between Tehran and Washington.” Araghchi added: “We have always had close consultations with our friends in Russia and China on the nuclear issue, and now this is being done with officials in Moscow.”/ IRIB news agency
