Iran's envoy: Tehran, Beijing vow to bolster strategic ties

Pars Today- The Iranian ambassador to Beijing tweeted that Iran’s foreign minister met and conferred with a senior Chinese official to discuss the latest status of bilateral cooperation within the framework of a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.

Mohsen Bakhtiar, in a tweet, reported that during today’s (Wednesday) meeting between Iranian Foreign Minister Seyyed Abbas Araghchi and Ding Xuexiang, the Chinese Vice-Premier and a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China, the current status of cooperation within the framework of Iran and China’s Comprehensive Strategic Partnership and accelerating the implementation of the 25-Year Comprehensive Cooperation Program were discussed. Araghchi, in this meeting, highlighting China’s position as a strategic and reliable partner of Iran, emphasized the importance of developing cooperation at various levels. /ISNA
