UN: India & Pakistan should refrain from escalating tensions

Pars Today - Following the recent attack in Kashmir and increased tensions between India and Pakistan, the UN secretary-general has called on both countries to exercise maximum restraint and prevent the escalation of the crisis in the region.

António Guterres, expressing concern about the tense situation between India and Pakistan, urged the governments of both countries to refrain from escalating tensions following the recent terrorist attack in Kashmir.
