Iran’s championship in beach tennis competitions

Pars Today – On Friday, the Islamic Republic of Iran's National Team kept the Beach Tennis Championships trophy at home by defeating representatives from Europe.

The third and final day of the International Beach Tennis (BT50) competitions, held for the first time in West Asia and hosted by Iran, concluded with the Iranian representative winning first place. On the final day of these competitions, which were held on the Marina and Penguin courts of Kish Island in the Persian Gulf in southern Iran, the Iranian team managed to create a surprise in the final match, winning against their European rivals with a score of 6-2 and 7-5 and becoming champion. /IRIB news agency
