Three Iranian spaceports to be launched this solar year

Pars Today –The minister of information and communications technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran on Saturday, stated: “God willing, this year we will see the development of satellites and the launch of major projects such as the Chabahar, Salmas, and Chenaran spaceports.”

Seyyed Sattar Hashemi, speaking at a ceremony marking World Telecommunication and Information Society Day and the inauguration of new communication projects attended by the president of the Islamic Republic of Iran, referred to the state of Iran’s space industry and said: “In the space industry, not only have we not experienced any stagnation, but we have made progress. God willing, this year we will witness the development of satellites and the launch of major projects such as the Chabahar, Salmas, and Chenaran spaceports.”
