Iran's president & Sultan of Oman stresses deepening of excellent bilateral relations
Pars Today – The Sultan of Oman, in a phone call with the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, emphasized the strengthening of the excellent relations between the two nations.
On the eve of Eid al-Adha, Sultan Haitham bin Tariq, King of Oman, congratulated the Iranian government and nation on this great Islamic holiday in a phone call with President Masoud Pezeshkian, and wished goodness, blessings, and prosperity for the nations of Iran and Oman, and the entire Islamic community.
Expressing satisfaction with his recent talks with the Iranian president in Muscat, the Sultan described the relations between the two countries as excellent and expanding, and stressed the importance of continuing such meetings and consultations.
For his part, President Pezeshkian thanked Sultan Haitham bin Tariq for the heartfelt greetings and congratulated the government and people of Oman on Eid al-Adha. Referring to the fruitful and constructive agreements reached during the visit, he hoped that, with the personal support and follow-up of the Sultan of Oman, these agreements would soon enter the implementation phase. / IRNA
