Senior Iranian diplomat: Grossi is not impartial
Pars Today – Iran’s ambassador to Brussels has criticized EU support for the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), stating that Rafael Grossi has failed to condemn the Israeli and American attacks on Iran’s peaceful nuclear facilities while claiming to uphold IAEA regulations.
According to Pars Today, Iran’s Ambassador to Brussels and Representative to the European Union, Seyyed Mohammad Ali Robatjazi responded to remarks by EU Foreign Policy Chief Kaja Kallas, who had expressed support for Grossi regarding Iran-related issues.
In a post on the social media platform X, Robatjazi wrote: “Rafael Grossi claims to be a guardian of the NPT and the Comprehensive Safeguards Agreement, yet he has failed to condemn the armed attacks by the United States and the Israeli regime on Iran’s peaceful nuclear facilities.”
He further emphasized that Grossi is not neutral and holds deeply rooted biases against the Islamic Republic of Iran while showing strong allegiance to the United States.
