UNRWA warns of heat-related health crisis and water shortage in Gaza

Pars Today – The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) has issued a warning about the worsening health crisis in Gaza due to extreme heat and lack of potable water amid ongoing Israeli aggression.

UNRWA stated that the absence of clean drinking water and sanitation, combined with overcrowding in shelters and the intense summer heat, is leading to severe health consequences. The agency emphasized that the blockade on Gaza must be lifted and it must be allowed to resume the delivery of humanitarian aid, including hygiene and sanitation supplies, to the affected population. /IRNA
