Venezuela declares state of war
Pars Today – The Venezuelan government has officially announced that President Maduro has signed a decree implementing a foreign emergency (state of war) and initiating immediate armed resistance.
In a statement, the Venezuelan government reported the U.S. military aggression on its territory and formally declared that President Maduro has signed the decree to implement a foreign emergency (state of war) and begin immediate armed struggle. The official statement from the Venezuelan government reads: “The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela condemns in the strongest terms the severe military aggression by the current U.S. administration against the territory and population of Venezuela, targeting both civilian and military areas in Caracas (the capital) and the states of Miranda, Aragua, and La Guaira, and reports this to the international community.” /IRNA
