Ayatollah Khamenei congratulates Iran’s freestyle wrestlers on Asian title

Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei congratulated the Iranian National Wrestling Team on winning the 2019 Asian wrestling Championships in China’s Xi’an.

According to Tasnim news agency, in a message on Thursday, Ayatollah Khamenei congratulated the young wrestlers on winning the Asian games.

The Iranian freestyle team won seven gold medals in the 2019 Asian wrestling Championships in Xi’an and won the title for the 26th time.

Iran claimed the title with 220 points. India came second with 155 points and Kazakhstan finished in third place with 129 points.
