President Raeisi hands his cabinet lineup to Majlis for confidence vote

Seyyed Ebrahim Raeisi handed to Majlis a list of his proposed cabinet ministers on Wednesday, a week after he took the oath of office as the new president. Legislators now have one week to review the credentials of Raeisi's picks before an open vote of confidence session is held with the presence of the president himself to defend his nominees.
