Iran's Raeisi congratulates Turkish president on National Day

Iran's President Seyyed Ebrahim Raeisi extended congratulations to his Turkish counterpart, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on Republic Day.

According to Tasnim news agency, in a message on the occasion of the National Day of the Republic of Turkey, the Iranian president expressed his hope that the longstanding and friendly relations between the two Muslim countries would be further expanded in the interests of the two nations as well as the consolidation of peace, stability and tranquility in the region.

I sincerely congratulate you on the occasion of the National Day of the Republic of Turkey and the honorable people of your country.

I hope that the long-standing and friendly relations between the two countries, which have always been based on mutual respect, will expand further with the continuous consultations of the high officials of the two countries and in the interests of the two nations and the consolidation of peace, stability and tranquility in the region.

I ask God Almighty for your health and success, as well as the happiness and well-being of the neighboring and friendly nation of the Republic of Turkey.
