Islamophobia, Shiaphobia, Iranophobia; three serious projects of West
Pars Today- Hojjat-ol-Islam Hamid Shahriari, Secretary General of the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought, explaining the goals and schemes of the global arrogance to forge rift in the Islamic world, said that Islamophobia, Shiaphobia and Iranophobia are the West's project to materialize its goals.
Hojjat-ol-Islam Shahriari, in a meeting with Mohammad Kazem Ale Sadeq, the ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Iraq, referred to holding of Islamic unity conference in Baghdad, and reiterated, "Our prospect is to reach the united Islamic Ummah to shape the union of the Islamic countries."
He said, "Planning and effort for materialization of unity and proximity in the world of Islam are among Iran's priorities."
Elsewhere in his speech, Shahriari added that the West, via the project of Islamophobia, intends to isolate Muslims in the world, and through Shiaphobia it seeks sectarian rift in the Islamic world and with Iranophobia it wants to forge confrontation of nations with the Islamic Iran.
He pointed to holding of three domestic conferences in Kordestan, Golestan and Urumieh provinces and made it clear that the exchange of opinions, creation of sympathy and cooperation between Shia and Sunni scholars and holding of the second conference in Iraq have had great impact on failure of Shiaphobia project in the West.
Secretary General of the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought referred to a development in the relation of the Iranian scholars with the scholars of other Islamic countries after the al-Aqsa Storm operation and stressed that the created atmosphere is a good opportunity for strengthening of the Resistance Front and further unity and cooperation in the Islamic world.
It should be said that, the second Islamic Unity Conference was held in Iraq on Wednesday (May 8, 2024) with the motto, "Al-Aqsa Storm, the Event and Identity" hosted by Al-Rabat Mohammadiah Council of Baghdad.
Moreover, the high session of the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought will be held on the sidelines of this conference on Thursday (May 9, 2024) with a group of Shia and Sunni scholars attending the event.
