Pars Today – The Commander-in-Chief of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Army stated that Iran fought the 12-day war against the essence of Western and NATO technology.
Iran's Army Chief Major General Amir Hatami, after visiting various army units and addressing commanders, fighters, and pilots, highlighted the steadfastness of the Iranian nation against the aggressions of the Zionist regime during the 12-day imposed war. He added: “All of Iran—from the army’s ground, air defense, and air forces to the Basij, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, and the entire population—was on the battlefield during the recent imposed war. They truly fought and resisted so that the Islamic Republic of Iran would remain proud throughout history.”
According to Pars Today, quoting IRNA, Major General Hatami emphasized: “The main pretext of the enemy was the nuclear issue, but what they actually did—or intended to do—on the battlefield was far different from their initial claims, showing that the enemy had devised a detailed plan against Iran.”
Major General Hatami stated that the enemy failed to achieve its main objectives in the 12-day imposed war, addressing some of the enemy’s goals during the conflict. He emphasized: “The enemy intended to completely destroy the Islamic Republic of Iran’s nuclear capability, but it could not succeed, because our nuclear capability is based on indigenous science and technology, making it impossible to eliminate.”
Iran's Army Chief added: “The enemy aimed to destroy Iran’s missile capability during the 12-day war, but this also did not happen. Until the very end, Iran’s armed forces brought the enemy to its knees with their missile power.”
