Pars Today - The Speaker of Iran’s Parliament stated: "The Ramadan War will change many regional relationships, and we will not return to the pre-war situation."

According to Pars Today, Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf said in an interview with Al-Araby Al-Jadeed: "The Americans used the land and capital of the Persian Gulf countries and established bases to ensure their security, but they themselves attacked Iran from these bases, forcing us to respond. America initiated the insecurity from the soil of these countries, and it is natural that we are forced to defend ourselves in an existential war."

He emphasized: "If you pay attention, we had this capacity even in the 12-day war. Even though the Americans were alongside the Zionist regime, we did not involve the regional countries until the Americans entered the war."

In another part of his conversation with Al-Araby Al-Jadeed, Qalibaf emphasized that "we believe more than ever in strengthening relations with neighboring countries." He stated: "In the current situation, we are forced to defend ourselves, but we believe that regional security must be provided by the regional countries without foreign intervention. Therefore, we think this war will change many regional relationships, and we will not return to the pre-war situation. We are ready for lasting security agreements with the countries of the region, and these security agreements will provide a guarantee for all these countries and lasting security for investors in the region."
