Pars Today – The ambassador and permanent representative of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the United Nations condemned the attacks by the United States and the Zionist regime on UN offices in Tehran in a letter to the Secretary-General of the organization and the President of the Security Council, calling for immediate follow-up and an official report.
According to Pars Today, Amir Saeed Iravani, the ambassador and permanent representative of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the UN, pointed out that the attacks by the United States and the Zionist regime on UN locations in Tehran constitute a clear violation of the immunity of this international organization. In his letter addressed to Antonio Guterres, the Secretary-General, he stressed the need to address this issue officially through relevant mechanisms within the framework of UN institutions.
Iravani urged the spokesperson for the Secretary-General of the UN to provide a comprehensive report for all member states, detailing the complete facts of the attacks against UN facilities and the immediate actions and responses in this matter."
