Iranian delegation arrived in Islamabad
Pars Today – The Iranian negotiating delegation headed by Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, Speaker of the Parliament of Iran, has arrived in Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan, to negotiate with the American side.
According to Pars Today, the Iranian negotiating delegation consists of security, political, military, economic, and legal committees. If the opposing side accepts Iran’s preconditions for starting negotiations, the talks will begin.
Seyed Abbas Araghchi, Iran’s Foreign Minister; Ali Akbar Ahmadian, Secretary of the Defense Council; Abdolnasser Hemmati, Governor of the Central Bank; as well as several members of the Iranian parliament, are accompanying Ghalibaf on this trip.
J.D. Vance, deputy to the president of the terrorist government of the United States, is also present in Islamabad along with Steve Witkoff and Gerald Kushner.
After the proud display of power by the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the remarkable presence of the Iranian people in defending the country, the United States and the Zionist regime, after 40 days of warmongering and crimes and failing to achieve even one of their declared goals, were forced to propose a ceasefire. The United States also requested negotiations.
Iran has accepted a two‑week ceasefire but has emphasized that if an agreement satisfactory to Iran and the Axis of Resistance is not reached and conflict resumes, it will once again set U.S. interests in the region and the Zionist regime on fire.
