Pars Today – Iran’s Foreign Minister said that their Chinese friends believe Iran, after the war, has demonstrated its capabilities and strength and is different from what it was before the war.
According to Pars Today, Seyed Abbas Araghchi, Iran’s Foreign Minister, who traveled to Beijing to meet his Chinese counterpart, said after the meeting that a new phase of Iran’s cooperation with other countries lies ahead. He emphasized that these collaborations with friendly countries—and with countries like China that are Iran’s strategic partners—will take on a new and more advanced form.
Iran’s Foreign Minister described his visit to China as a continuation of his trip to Russia and said: During this visit, we held consultations on all issues related to the war, how it ended, the ongoing negotiations, Iran’s peaceful nuclear activities, sanctions, and all bilateral matters.
Araghchi also stated that the Strait of Hormuz and related issues—including the need to respect the rights of the Islamic Republic of Iran—were among the serious topics discussed with his Chinese counterpart.
Emphasizing that Iran and China share common views and maintain close consultations on many regional and international issues, the Iranian Foreign Minister said: In this meeting, we agreed not only to continue these consultations but also to reach a new level of cooperation.
