Pars Today – The head of the Islamic Republic of Iran Space Agency announced that three Iranian satellites are in the final stage of testing.

According to Pars Today, Iran Space Agency chief Hassan Salarieh said that in recent years, with the support of Iran’s Ministry of Communications, numerous projects in satellite design and manufacturing, development of ground stations, and operational launches have been completed. These include the Chamran, Kowsar (two models), Hodhod, Fakhr, Navak, Nahid-2, Zafar-2, and Paya satellites.

He added that upgraded versions of the Pars-1, Pars-2, and RAD-1 radar satellites have also been completed and are currently in the final stages of technical testing.

Salarieh further stated that the first experimental model of the “Martyr Soleimani” satellite constellation was unveiled last year (2025) on Space Technology Day. In addition, projects such as Pars-3, the Nahid-3 communications satellite, a radar sensing payload, Research projects 1, 2, and 4, and the Saman orbital transfer vehicle are also under development, with new achievements expected to be announced soon.
