Qalibaf: US is vulnerable and at risk despite its appearance

Pars Today – Iran’s Parliament Speaker Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf said that the American empire projects an image of hegemony and superiority, but is in fact highly vulnerable and exposed to danger.

According to Pars Today, citing IRIB, in recent days, banking giant JPMorgan began its weekly oil market outlook with an unexpected statement: “For the first time since the conflict with Iran began, we have no base-case scenario. We genuinely do not know how to model and forecast how this situation will ultimately unfold.”

Reacting to the unprecedented position taken by major financial market analysts, Qalibaf wrote on his personal X account: “This situation is exactly like Schrödinger’s paradox: The American empire is like Schrödinger’s cabinet with plates falling inside it; outwardly, it projects an image of hegemony and superiority, but in reality, it is completely vulnerable and at risk, and it is trying to suffocate Iran without facing any consequences or paying any price, which is impossible.”

He added: “This endgame cannot be predicted or simulated in any model. The door of this cabinet will eventually be opened, and Iran’s hand is already on the doorknob and is controlling the situation.”

In his post, Qalibaf referred to the well-known internet meme featuring Schrödinger’s plates — an image in which the plates appear intact but are on the verge of breaking at any moment. The image was used to depict what he described as the vulnerable and fragile position of the United States in the region.
