Iranian badminton player wins gold at Senegal international tournament

Pars Today – Iran’s national badminton player won the gold medal at the Senegal International Tournament after defeating his Indian opponent in the final.

According to Pars Today, citing IRIB, Iran’s national badminton player Ali Hayati faced an Indian player in the final and secured a 2–1 victory, finishing first to claim the gold medal.

During the tournament, the Iranian player defeated representatives from Ghana, Belgium, Iran and India to win the championship title.

The Senegal International Tournament was held from September 17 to 20, with athletes from India, Malta, Portugal, Egypt, Iran, the UAE, Belgium, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Ukraine, Senegal, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, Croatia, Cameroon, the United States and Poland taking part.
